Staking VANA

Stake your VANA tokens to support the Vana network's data operations and earn rewards.

All VANA staking is managed at stake.vana.com.

Shares: Staking VANA grants you shares in the pool, tracked internally by the staking smart contract.
Value Accrual: Rewards generated by the network are added to the staking pool. This increases the VANA value of each share over time. So, while your number of shares remains the same (non-rebasing), their total VANA worth grows as rewards accrue to the pool.
Estimated APR: The staking interface may display an estimated Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for rewards.

Visit Portal: Navigate to stake.vana.com.
Connect Wallet: Authorize your Vana-compatible wallet. The interface will show your available VANA.
Enter Amount: Input the amount of VANA you wish to stake. A minimum stake amount applies.
Confirm: Review the details and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
- Your dashboard will update to show your "Current Stake" in VANA and its equivalent value.

Source: Rewards are derived from data validator network activities, such as fees.
Accrual: As rewards are added to the staking pool, the VANA value of your staked shares increases. You realize these gains when you unstake.

Use Portal: Select the option to unstake on stake.vana.com.
Specify Shares/Amount: Indicate the number of shares you wish to redeem or the VANA amount.
Confirm: Approve the unstaking transaction.
